Wearing a mask for hotel staff is mandatory and must be changed frequently. We thank our customers who also wear masks.
A protective plexiglass is installed to allow a safe exchange between reception staff and customers.
We ask all our staff to wash their hands regularly with soap and water, or failing that with a hydro-alcoholic solution, to regularly clean and disinfect their workspace.
Women and valets must wear personal protective equipment (disposable gloves, mask, etc.)
The contact areas of the common areas , including room cards, elevator doors and buttons, bedroom door handles, are disinfected several times a day.
Routine cleaning and disinfection of all contact surfaces of common areas, such as reception, lobby furniture and floors, counters, garbage cans, stair railings, is carried out regularly.
In order to facilitate it and contain the risks as much as possible, the number of objects in the rooms has been reduced (plaids on the beds in particular). Used laundry baskets are disinfected daily. Contact points, such as locks and latches, light switches, office surfaces, garbage cans, telephones, TV remotes and bathroom faucets, are carefully disinfected after each stay.
